By accessing or using CallerInfo.net ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. CallerInfo.net reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The Service allows users to search for information associated with U.S. phone numbers, including but not limited to owner name, address, carrier information, and contact quality scores.

Data may contain errors, be outdated, or be incomplete. You should independently verify any information obtained through the Service before relying on it for any purpose.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

CallerInfo.net reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLERINFO.NET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall CallerInfo.net's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to CallerInfo.net in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
